Welcome to The Awsworth School House Day Nursery

Offering extended hours – we’re open from 7am to 6pm – and with a team of highly trained and qualified staff, we’re here to provide your child with a wonderfully warm and nurturing environment. Both you and they are taking a big step, and we want to make it a positive experience.

Our goal is to provide your child with a space in which they can develop in a positive manner, emotionally, socially, physically, and educationally. We care deeply about the children in our care, and about their development.

Who we are and what we do

Awsworth School House Day Nursery is a small, family-run nursery caring for a maximum of 64 children, including a separate pre-school unit for 3-5 year olds. We can take children as young as 4 weeks, offering childcare that is rated good by Ofsted.

Our team will provide your child with a caring and safe environment; somewhere that offers children space to learn and grow, developing the skills that will give them a wonderful start at school. The childcare services we offer are flexible, affordable, and designed to meet parents' needs, as well as children’s. Parents are regarded as the principal 'educators and providers' of their children and the nursery staff are committed to providing the best care in partnership with the parents or carer.
