| | Complaints ProcedureWe aim to provide a child care service that is second to none. We also welcome any suggestions or ideas that parents/carers might have to improve our services. However complaints that may arise regarding any aspect at all about the quality of childcare service parents/carers receive for their children will be taken very seriously and dealt with in the following manner. - The Nursery Manager will be directly responsible in ensuring that every effort is made to resolve the problem to the satisfaction of the parent/carer, with support from the Director.
- All complaints will be logged and discussed with staff in detail at the next meeting and recommendations made for future action.
- The Nursery operates an in-house formal Complaints procedure, details of which can be obtained from the Nursery Manager
